The firm’s refusal to make payment in accordance with the agreed terms has led to undue financial hardship and inconvenience for our client, in clear violation of the SRA’s regulatory standards.

Due to the breach of contract outlined above, our client has suffered loss and damage. In light of these facts, the legal consultants’ firm is liable for damages for breach of contract, as they have failed to meet their professional and contractual obligations.
